I can't use my free monts of calls!!!

I can't use my free months of calls even though I have just received a letter about skype offering me free month of calls and asking me to claim it. But it says " Oops - it looks like this trial has either expired or isn’t available for this Skype Name". I'm sure I typed correct address. Why??

It was probably a hoax.

Basic Skype calls are always free. There is no trial period.
