My parents are pot heads what do I do?!

My parents have been smoking pot for a long time.They are seperated so my mom smokes it with her boyfriend and my dad smokes it with friends(sometimes after drinking all night).I have been getting realy pissed off at them and they still say it's not a bad thing!Please help, i don't know what to do!
