You call us judgemental names, saying it is all right because of the goose/gander comparison. Yet your religion, nay, Jesus himself tells you to turn the other cheek.

God has compelled me to draw to your attention that you are directly going against the teachings of his only begotten Son by not turning the other cheek, for calling to our attention the speck in our eyes, while ignoring the plank in yours, and by being judgemental of us by calling us insulting names, when judgement is Gods.

You can't have it both ways.
You can't say it's alright to insult someone by saying what is sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander, when Jesus has directly told you NOT to do that.

God and Jesus are very disappointed in you right now. If you continue on this path, I wouldn't be surprised if they become angry at you.

You're not acting like a soldier of God, but like a traitor to him by ignoring his words.

This is a comic book for kids I am working on. I am being careful to what terms I use and how I present things.

I am an African-American- I was not offended by these terms - if I sincerely thought what I posted was going to offend people I wouldn't have asked about it.

Well, you were incorrect. We all directly and in an adult manner told you right up front that those nicknames were offensive.

You did not want to hear that, as you don't ever want to hear anything that disagrees with your ideas.

Instead, you launch into insults and making moral judgements on people here, which is not your place, but God's.

You directly went against Jesus teaching time after time after time.

I truly do not know how you can call yourself a christian when all you want to do is insult others, and then blame it on the people you are insulting.

Remember, when you point your finger at someone, 4 are pointing back at you.

Now, you want to pretend you didn't go against your lords word time after time.

If you didn't think your nicknames were going to offend anyone, why did you even bother to start a thread entitled "are these black slang nicknames offensive?"

If you didn't think anyone would be offended, why did you ask that very question?

You are any good at obeying God. In fact you talk like you want to be God.

you certainly want to judge people....and yes, that is what you are doing when you call people names.

Offensive to YOU but you and a handful of people HERE doesn't reflect EVERYONE ELSE'S opinions.

All YOU and a few others here were looking at NEGATIVE MEANINGS OF TERMS.

I went elsewhere and got other opinions. OTHERS I asked were okay with them.

But I believe you do need to do some soul searching, and a lot of prayer regarding your unchristian-like behavior.

Would Jesus have responded the way you have on this thread?

Isn't being a christian mean you try to behave like christ?
