I'm not completely sure, but I think it's a derogatory term for Canadians that Americans use. We don't need one, because we normally call them Americans, and they seem more insulted by that than anything else.

I didn't realise God put us all on this planet so he could scare us. Maybe he needs to lighten up a bit. Jesus didn't say we should fear God, he had a problem with self-righteous religious nutters, who spend all their time attacking everyone elses' heathenistic outlook.

If Jesus was here today, you'd be one of the first to nail him back up again.
