Glamping- nice idea?

Sorry, ugh...
Well, that's my first thought. I'm not much of a camper, but I take it that the idea is to bed down close to unnoticed in the environment, disturbing as little as possible, to be quiet in wild space.

Thats always a nice thing to do.

I think the idea is to be more comfortable while doing it. Also a nice thing at times.

This, I take it, is for people whose idea of 'roughing it' is to be driving an SUV with a standard shift?

I think you have something there. Very good possibility anyway.

Hey - an aside. Long ago I met the guy who started the Patagonia company, Yvon Chouinard - not that he'd remember, he was a friend of a friend. Anyway, I just read that Patagonia wanted people NOT to order stuff from them online on cyber Monday (akin to black Friday), something about the materialistic excess going on. (I knew I liked him).

They probably have brand new hiking boots too
