Makes it hard to report spam!

When I click on it, some sort of activity seems to be engendered, since my little internet connection icons register that my computer and another computer are talking (ie both icons light up) - but nothing happens other than that, and that activity only lasts a couple of seconds.

dlowan- It has to be something on your computer. I sent out a test report on this thread, and it worked as it was supposed to. Maybe Monger or Craven will be able to help you.

Hmmm. Non-techie answer- Why don't you try to reboot, and see if that doesn't solve the problem?

hah! Good suggestion though! Made me check if it would work in Internet explorer. It does!

Damned Opera browser has gone nutso.

Rebooting didn't help - tried it first.

Opera has a tendency to do weird stuff sometimes.

Works fine in Opera but it opens in a new window (as it was made to). Opera considers that to be a popup so if you have opera rejecting popups it won't work (and a great many sites on the net won't work either).

Hmmm - I do not have Opera rejecting pop-ups - or at least the report window worked fine up until a few days ago, as other sites still do - and as do other pop-ups - and I didn't change anything.

But, no biggie - I use the thing quite seldom and I can go into Internet Explorer if I need to.

(permission to be non-techie?)

Perhaps it is the same li'l gremlin that delights to cause Opera to crash every time I try to refresh the Forum Index page, but happily allows me to travel there anew by pressing "go"?

Opera is odd...especially as it has been downloaded for longer....
