What are the best free professional translation sites out there besides Proz.com and Translatorscafe

Hello. I am looking for free professional translation sites - sites I can join and professional translators will translate your translation requests for free. What are the best free professional translation sites out there besides:
Proz.com and Translatorscafe.com?

These are the only two professional translation sites I know of that are free. Please help me out and please list as many as possible. Thank you.

Yeah, but I don't mean simple translation sites like Babelfish where you input one term and translate it into another.

A FREE one where I can ask PROFESSIONAL TRANSLATORS to translate something WiTHOUT PAYING FOR IT.

Unilang and Worldlingo and Wordreference have free translation forums where people post translation requests.

These are the only other examples FREE translation sites I can think of.

I am looking for FREE PRO TRANSLATION SITES sites BESIDES THESE.

I have run into some issues with all these sites I mentioned. That is why I am asking about others.

Why would a professional translate something for free? It's not like you'll be grateful, you'll just scream at them, and call them an uncircumcised Philistine.

Proz.com and Translatorscafe have pro translators where you can ask for pro translation requests for free.

Those other cites I listed are translation forums.

Yourdictionary.com has an Agora section - a translation forum.
