rainsoft Q2 softner HELP PLS

I have a q2 system ive programmed it and it just keeps filing the brine tank u til it overflows. The cam doesnt move with manual or a timed cycle. Im stumped pls help

@topper1,
I actually got the motor running and and the system programed so it now starts its cycle. The problem now is the water keeps pumping into the tank and never shuts off??frusterated lol
