Since I have virtually no knowledge of Turkish, this is going to be a long shot, but I'll try anyway:

Emrah Imla is potentially a Turkish male name.

When I search "msjlasiyorum" online, the majority of the results are related to technology, notably cellphones, so that may give us a clue.

If it is not a real word, perhaps it's a misspelling of "mesaj laşı yorum" which, according to Google Translate means "post comments circulatory".

This is the best I can come up with at this time, but I hope it helps in some way. Maybe bringing this question to a Turkish forum would do you good.
