Turntable.fm is a neat site where up to 5 users can DJ the music at a time and vote on the music etc. They are doing the velvet rope thing and you can only get in if you are Facebook friends with someone who is, but if you get on (and given how many a2k users are friends on facebook it shouldn't be too hard) I've made a room for able2know here:
Nice, well we have the room running now, if anyone else is friends with either of us on FB they can join too. Up to 5 can DJ (pick music for all) and the rest can listen and vote.
Was very easy. Just clicked the link, clicked the login with FB ID and it was done. Then you just use the search engine to select music to queque for play or you can upload music from your computer.

Once you get in, under anyone's avatar you can become a "fan" on that site, which gives you notifications when they start DJing (I find it useful as a way to get it going, as you are otherwise going to be alone most of the time).
