Hi all!
I'm French.
Hey Pokemoness! Welcome to A2K!
My nationality is a difficult issue. The following are found in my blood:
English, Irish, Scottish, French, German, Norwegian, Welsh, Swiss, Catalan (and proud), Aussie, Belgian, Canadian, Italian and Austrian... so, to avoid confusion, I'm European.
american.....is that too simple?
That makes three of us. One more, and we can sit down
and play bridge! :-D
Wow! Onyxelle, Fealola and I have the exact same Nationality!
You are too quick for me phoenix. Sorry, I don't play bridge.
US WASP, too.
Okay, now we can play. But since Bill and I don't play bridge, how about we make it poker?
Well, I'm American too. Can I play or is this rise and fly?
"Merican . . . an' poker, bridge--it don't matter to me . . .
Nationality?
I bow to no king, criminal, or conspiracy. I am FREE!
I'm German. So what do I get to play?
What kind of card games do yall play over there?
Hm, good question. I am not a card game player at all - I know they play a lot of Skat. Then there is something called Schafskopf which means sheep's head. And Poker, of course.
But we will probably have to wait for Walter Hinteler to answer this question!
That's so amazing!! My father used to play skat. I never knew what the game was about, but every once in a while either he or his partner would yell "skat!!" and win a bunch of money.
I'm heart-and-soul-American and I'll play either poker or bridge.
I just wondered if one could play bridge inside a thread?????
Azatlanese. That portion of the U.S. acquired by purchase from Mexico in 1848. We have our own cultural identity here in the vastness of the Southwest. Most importantly, we have the best chili in the world right at our doorstep. Unlike some, I don't advocate separation from the U.S. ... unless they try to tax the chili crop, or outlaw Stetsons, boots, and bolos. We understand completely why the Apache fought so hard to retain soveriegnty over this great land that lies at the heart of the world.
