Boarder-less World?

Certainly a world without boarders could be considered ideal . . . but people have to live somewhere, and not everyone can afford a house of their own.

There are no borders in the US. People can come here to Massachusetts from Texas or Georgia without even notifying anyone. You have no idea how much trouble that causes.
