Does anyone know if you can use Paypal to sell 'porn' items online without them closing your account?

I can't know exactly what you mean by "porn", but go onto ebay and type in the words "well worn" or "trashed" into their search.

You'll find all kinds of used shoes for sell, obviously for those with a foot fetish. Also youll find used pantyhose, bras, as well as vibrators.
They all seem to take paypal.

Thx guys, yeah 'items that are considered obscene' covers it. Bollocks. Maybe they wouldn't notice?
Basically, my friend and I were considering selling 'used pants' because apparently you can get over £100 a pair if you build your profile up... it could be easy cash: get some knickers, blow your nose on them, make up a dirty story and bingo.
I just don't want anyone to know any of my details.

Well PQ, if you didn't have me on ignore, you would have seen that I've already shown that you are hardly the first one with this idea.

If you're that worried, just open up a different paypay account, just for that.

Also, if you looked at the "well worn" articles for sale, you'll see that many of them specifically say they have cleaned the articles per ebays policy, or something similar to that.

Chai, I don't have anyone on ignore. I was just confirming what you were saying. Well, I guess I'll try and do it with Paypal and see what happens. Some men buy women's cigarette butts apparently, what's a cigarette butt to me? I'll be in business.
Thank you for your help everyone!

@The Pentacle Queen,
I'd like to know how this works out for you also.

When you see items like that on ebay, it seems most of the time it says "Private Listing"

I don't know what that means exactly, do you?

I do know when you have something up for sale, people will email you with questions, like "Could you tell me the dimensions of that handbag?" You can respond to only them, or let the answer be seen by all, if you think that would be helpful to anyone bidding.

I can just imagine the type of email questions you would get for fetish items.

@chai2,
oh wait, I just read what a private listing is on ehow....

"Creating a private listing on eBay serves several purposes. First, if you are selling products that may be sensitive, embarrassing, or offensive to some people, making your listing private will encourage more bids since the item will not show on the buyer's feedback page or history. Private listings are often used for adult listings, personal healthcare products, and undergarments. "

If I were going to sell items like this, I'd create a separate ebay account too.

You don't want your "regular" account where you sell non-fetish items associated with this one.

@chai2,
There was a study done by a university. In general it shows that the smell identifies which male female students would choose. I guess this is where "chemistry" is involved that they talk about. It must the testosterone level.

It is a subconscious analysis of who's immune system is different . The female wants to mate with someone who has a different immune inheritance to give her offspring the maximum chance of survival .
