I've seen it more commonly as Orthopedic (Am E) Hospital, with no 's'.

Orthopaedics [British English spelling] and orthopedics [American English spelling] (should share the same pronunciation): Injuries and diseases associated with bones and the spine as well as muscles and ligaments.

Yes. An orthopaedic hospital would be a place which specializes in these specific diseases and injuries.
