Pinky is a nickname for someone.

What do the other signs say? That may give you a clue.

@PUNKEY,
Thank you.
The pic stands alone for the scene, for the time being.

They are a context clue for the setting.

It is impossible to help you unless we know more.

@oristarA,
Without a more complete context, it means nothing.

@oristarA,
the color 'Pink' is usually associated with commies (Communists) so it could also have some political statement.

You're thinking of "pinkos".

@contrex,
I think that 'pinky' could be used in a snide way to talk about pinkos/communists but IMHO, I don't believe that that's the case here.

@oristarA,
An invitation to a young lady (possibly a chap) with a pinkish bottom. In the style of "Hello Mum" signs that one sometimes sees at demonstrations, which are being covered by TV crews, concerning less important matters.

@spendius,
Not likely, given the time, Spendius. I think that Punkey got it right that it's a nickname. 'Pinky', while not really common, certainly was a nickname used. But that's how nicknames develop and I'd say that most are relatively uncommon.
