I remember snippits of a poem I knew years and years ago, but don't remember who wrote it or where I came across it. The line I remember, but don't know if I'm quoting accurately, is:
Many people come and go through the doors in my life, taking what they need and giving what they can.
Does this ring a bell with anyone?
Thanks!
It's a nice a way of saying about the people whom you met in your Life and perhaps drifted away.
"Many people come and go through the doors of our lives, taking what they need and giving what they can. Our moments were only seconds of a lifetime but enough to warm the heart."
