I have been passed my bachelor in civil engineering 3 yrs ago and have experience of design and construction of the road and other road related structures. I just wan to apply for the PR in Austrilia. What be the procedure and what is the basic eligibility cretria for the PR. Please instruct me in detail.

I have no idea re what your chances are. I did work in construction design for many years, and some of those years were spare, industry wide, and some years were better.
