Texas real estate??

I'm comfy, how are you?

All I know about Texas even vaguely related to real estate is that there are just jillions of different sales tax areas, sometimes running through towns. There might be a similar setup regarding property taxes. I would find out before I did any real estate shopping - or any other shopping.

This one is still somewhere between six months and a year down the road, the main question is timing, i.e. when does real estate hit bottom in places outside of the larger cities?
