I'm reading over some statistics, and I'm not getting where they are getting a certain percentage.
There was a rate of 49.8%
That rate was reduced to 22%
Here's the part I don't get...
It is said that is a
reduction of 66%
No matter how I divide, subtract, add together, I'm just not getting this 66% figure.
Wha?

@engineer,
I'm thinking it's an error as well.
In context, it was the numer of forms that were handed in that were 100% complete.
Originally 49.8% where not completely filled out.
After training, only 22% were handed in not completely filled out.
