My version of Brunswick stew is a chicken/ham concoction. I have been known to use left over turkey, but squirrels have to be dispatched, de-flea-ed, cleaned and skinned.
I'm lazy.
a good roadkill concoction is brunswick stew. I remember a restaurant down in Dekalb county Ga that used to make a big batch with squirrel meat and rabbit . Big hunk a corn bread. now thats what Im talkin about. Heres a recipe . Just fire up the ol Buick and get out there and start dispatchin the easy way
