Kingpeesex--

An unfortunate brand of treasonous literature, which explores the Royals' unusual sexual preferences.

It was banned from England under the 1974 'Vegetable Violation Literature Amendment Act.'

rope-skeg-niex-- (also Rope-skeg-Nix) (Legal)

A defence to a murder that was not abolished until 1964: a member of a family could mutilate or hang

a) another family member
b) a cheesy Holiday representative
c) the manager

If their holiday experience did not reach reasonable expectations (rules on such are laid out in R v Castellanetanza-Montonolopicón, see 'Geoff). It emerged in the case of R v La Repubblica Italiana (1943), when Musollini was said to have slaughtered three holiday representatives after Skegness did not please him. It was built upon by Dratt v DPP (1949), which said that rope-skeg-niex could be allowed if:

a) the defendant truly thought that the holiday was awful-- the subjective test.
b) a sane man, of reasonable firmness, would have thought the same and acted in the same manner-- the objective test.

The 1964 Criminal Code rightfully abolished this defence: now, it can only be used as an excuse for GBH.
