I can definitely confirm that he is not the old goat.

I, on the other hand, may well be, depending on how long ago I popped one of my special blue pills, purchased over the interweb from a highly qualified pharmacist who resides in Nigeria.
I also sent him quite a few of my gold bits and pieces as he offered by far the best buying price, although his money order seems to have been delayed in the post.
