Hi! Hello! Greetings! Glad to see ya!
Welcome! Eve ,
What a fascinating name. I don't think
I have met one single Eve in my
whole life. Not one. What is
New Zealand like?? Was that the
country which was the setting for
the movie "The Piano"???
There were, of course, the never
ending missionaries, convert all the
tribals to our way of thinking sorts
but I believe they had a very old
indian like tribe of persons who had
inhabited New Zealand from ages
past.

I don't see Eve anywhere!
< looking in the pantry >
Not in here, either.
< opening the kitchen window >
Eve? Are you out there?

Tommy
Oz has won the Ashes, the last 8 series or so - and there's no hint that we'll lose it to the current batch of drongoes the Poms sent - indeed, have won it already. Only took 11 days. I was planning to go to the cricket in Sydney, in January - but I am only able to go on day 3 - which you would expect would be a great day's cricket in a 5-day test. Not with this mob as opposition. Can't even guarantee they'll last to day 3.

Eve, I know that the primary agriculatural animal in New Zealand is the sheep, and the numbers are astounding, but I can't remember what the comparison was between New Zealand's human population and the sheep population. Can you please enlighten us? c.i.
