Wow! Walter, I just spent a few hours reading the stories about these kids and am amazed at how many there are.
One thing that really bugs me about some of the stories I read is that after the children are captured, they are locked up in the local nut house when no one is able to handle them and many of these kids end up dying within just a few months or years after being captured. All these kids obviously wanted to go back to their families in the wilderness, yet they were locked up and robbed of their freedom. What really ticks me off is that some were actually adults who now have to be caged up for the rest of their lives.
