Before I call the RS Service Rep for the "Valve Cleaning" Alarm I have a couple of questions.
-We bought the unit about a year ago and it's already stating that the Valve needs to be cleaned? Is this normal for this unit?
-We are on a personal well system and bought the units to get rid of the "rotten egg" smell, but the smell appears to be returning. Would this be related to the Valve Cleaning Alarm?
