What techniques or tricks do you use to remember forgotten names, titles, words, and concepts?

@Reyn,
Ahead of time, you might type out a list of your observations and concerns and hand them to her doctor's nurse when you first get into the exam room and she's taking the vitals. She'll put it in the patient file for the doctor to read and can then incorporate your concerns into her exam and testings. Ask that her doctor give her the standard memory tests so you can establish a baseline for future measurements.

I did this and it helped a lot and opened a line of communication with her doctor for me.

Yes, thank you, and will do. We all have the same doctor, so he will be fine to talk with.

I'm thinking perhaps she should see a specialist though.
