I'll go with one from my home state of Illinois, the 17th.

Rather tha starting a whole new thread, thought Id revive an odl one started by Hawkeye. It seems that the US SUPREME COURT is taking up a case in Gerrymandering and its constitutionality . It a case from Wisconsin (remember YODER v...)? They will be tking up arguments this AUtumn. Im gonna get me some popcorn and be availble for the various "Unlawyered" arguments from all of us here.

Check out this gerrymander, Texas' 2nd Congressional District. It carves out Houston's Republican-voting suburbs.

Actually, all of Houston is gerrymandered.
