For the last few days I haven't been able to make a call with Skype. After I enter the phone number that I want and it starts ringing the message below pops up and the call gets disconnected. I've deleted Skype and downloaded it again, still the same problem. Any ideas on what is wrong? Thanks for any help!

it may be because you didnt pay the bill..? my sister had it so she could talk to her boyfriend (he was in the army) and i remember it being like $12 a month ...
