...and for the record, I eat pudding during the summer. Much more enjoyable to me than gelatin. The gelatin starts turning back towards liquid from the summertime heat, much the way that the canned jelled cranberry sauce starts turning into liquid on holiday plates and slithering under the stuffing, taters, green beans and whatever else is there. Pudding has the decency to hold itself together.
