Rainsoft gold series Model A032CT set up or manual

I inherited the above. Does anyone have a pdf manual or the setup instructions. I have set the time & set the parameters to the numbers on the tag that were inputted when the machine was new. It has cycled (I think), if looking @ the keyboard (front), the drain?? with the thumbscrew keeps seeping out, like all night. Under the cover, it looks like the whiter plastic timer wheel never moved much. Earlier, the same drain poured out water for a little while, maybe 10minutes. What do I set the salt lavel at? Thanks
