There are those who would tend to think that 'Africa' is a Developing continent.
Then, too the country of South Africa is known to be the world leader in HIV-Aids statiscally, as well they have overtaken Brazil this year as the leader in 'wealth-poverty' Gap.
So, I am interested to know where one might accurately categorize the country of Republic of South Africa: First or Third World . . ?
(Remember: they are highly developed insofar variety of infrustrucural 'stats' concerned ) So ..??
