@Ticomaya,
"wave upon wave of demented avengers march cheerfully out of obscurity into the dream"

my favourite floyd song, and top 3 of my all time favourites.

give or take 1 or 2 anyway. i have a few floyd faves, and even more "all time top 5"...probably somewhere around 20 Razz

I'm powering away on some data manipulation tasks and instead of my usual shuffle of everything I haven't catalogued I'm shuffling through everything I've tagged as 'Music to ponder man's existence by', 'So you're angry and you want to shout at the world' and 'Personal favourooonies' (about a 1000 tracks) - it's helping my while I turn mysql into access into excel into text into marc into library management system.

All time favouroonie playing right now

Did you know it takes marcedit 200 seconds to save a marc file with around 4,500 records in it?

muse do dubstep about the second law of thermodynamics...i used to think muse were just a poor mans "radiohead", but now i love em. love how they keep doing what you wouldn't expect of them.

up there with that mariachi song they did on "black holes and revelations".

@hingehead,
if you like mogwai, you may also like "explosions in the sky"...if you don't already know them...

@Berty McJock,
Have a couple of their albums. If you're interested search for sleepmakeswaves, an unsigned Sydney band in this vein I think are great
