....... Margaret Atwood comes in to explain how literature is responsible for all the ills in the world.

Really, ehBeth? Margaret said that? Gosh.
(I'm one of her biggest fans.)
That's very interesting.
I'd love to know why she thinks that.

On the way home tonight I was listening to the local public radio station. they have a pretty hip guy that plays new tunes at night. He played a reggae version of the Radiohead tune Let Down. It's from an album called Radiodread. Hilarious.

Got to Give it Up (part I)--Marvin Gaye.

What a funky tune. I'd get up and dance but my girlfriend just climbed into bed for a nap. And this is a tiny apartment.

Right now I'm listening to what I assume is a live broadcast from the Mozart Festival stage in Montreal, with running commentary by host Richard Knizely on WGBH-FM (89.7 or WGBH.org).

Led Zep DVD disc 2. They were a magnificent live ban. Love 'em or hate 'em, pass 'em off as fossils if you like, but they still take a hell of a lot to be bettered.

whatever you call it when you sit down and start playing your guitar & come out with what sounds like a reasonable melody. But when you try to remember it, you can't & you can't play & write all at the same time
