Recently completed the lengthy process of loading my music collection on a new computer; setting up a wireless network through which I can direct the music to several parts of the house; and now enjoying the near instant availability of the whole collection at the click of a mouse. (I chose to use the Apple I tunes software and an Apple base station wireless network on a Windows PC - works well.

Just finished two wonderful albums from the '30s by Earnesto Lecuona & his band ("The Lecuona Cuban Boys") Songs like "Maria la O" , Amapola, Siboney, Tabu etc. Wonderful. Now relaxing & psyching up for the gym with Barber's Adagio for Strings

The Misa Criolla looks great. <Thanks> I checked Amazon and there are several versions... can you help me choose one?

Mine is in all red with black drawings, and lettering. I cannot find it anyplace on the net. I saw many others but not mine. I do not know which one to recommend. Maybe someone else can help.

I found a remastered CD of the original on eBay and bought it. I hope it is as good. Thanks for the tip... AngeliqueEast and Panzade, too.

I've seen them twice now, once when Parachutes had just come out and recently, and I agree that they are so good live. It was really cool to see how much they'd grown in the interim. Been listening to 'Low' a bit recently. Each week I have a new favorite one, it seems.

Listening to Eels Electro-shock Blues at the moment, singing along to 'Last Stop: This Town.'

St Elmo's Fire is on the radio. This song makes me want to run and jump hurdles.

"I can see a new horizon
Underneath the blazin' sky
I'll be where the eagle's
Flyin' higher and higher
Gonna be your man in motion
All I need is a pair of wheels
Take me where my future's lyin'
St. Elmo's Fire"
