rain soft hassle

I fell for an email promising me free detergent. I then received a call to have my water tested- I said I wasn't buying anything, he said they weren't selling anything, only testing water. Yea right, I ended up buying the rain soft system. It 's been 2 months, and so far water leaked under my sink, the water was salty, now last night I woke up hearing a strange loud sound from the basement. At 2:30 am and there it was the system. I unpluged it, still kept making noise. Finally, I pushed a few buttons and it stopped. I feel like telling them I want my money and they can take the system back. I been getting the run around and probably need to call the BBB or get attorney. Any suggestions?
