Let us say they did have sex. That would mean that all offspring would be ignorant of good and evil and we would all be no better than animals in the field. Having rudimentary instincts perhaps but no knowledge or wisdom.

Man is the same now as in the Garden. Men and women teach their children. God teaches His children. They choose what to do with that knowledge. What they choose to do is their responsibility, no one elses.

Men and wmoen can teach their children to honor God, or not. They all reap what they sow.

If the flood is an example then God has no compunction against killing millions of innocent people.
Who said man had no responsibility.
