Yep it's the brand new zillion dollar "The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels" in downtown Los Angeles. Had to step over the bodies sleeping on the side walk to get in.
Didn't see anybody like that getting warm inside either. Probably not allowed in. (The building of it the and the amount of money spent by the catholic church was contreversial to say the least.)
