fealola, how do you black out the hotel name? half the problem I'm having is finding pics that do not have on the front where it is.

Yes. Look above the picture. I said that I blacked out the name.

Fealola, what I'm asking is how do you black out the name

Well I'm just learning how to do this. I finally figured out how I can use my own pictures. So I scanned the picture into my computer, opened it up with my word processor's paint or draw section (I forget which one now) and I blanked out the building's sign with one of the tools there. (I have Apple Works) Then I uploaded it to a picture storage page on the Apple web sight and posted it that way.
I suppose you could use any picture editing program like Adobe or whatever comes with a digital camera, too.

Yep! The Tides Hotel in South Beach. Neighborhood is recognized for it's restoration of many Art Deco Buildings and this is one of them.
The Tides
The largest hotel on the Ocean Drive strip, this cool and trendy property is the showplace of the Island Outpost hotel group, Chris Blackwell's (of Island Records) brainchild. As big as it is, the hotel has only 45 rooms, but boy, are they huge. The smallest one is 550 square feet, and all are oceanfront, all come equipped with telescopes. Topless sunbathing is allowed at the pool; small dogs are welcomed.
