Drumheller, Alberta. You got that very quickly littlek. Have you been there?
BTW... your turn :-)
I haven't. I thought it was in south dakota, but the pix I found that looked like the same stratifications were in alberta. It looks super cool.
I think I'll skip my turn. I have to go to bed pronto and I won't be back online until tomorrow evening.
OK....Next person that wants to post go ahead... Your turn :-)
Could I take my turn?
What city this painting would mean?
I must go to bed soon.
The painting posted above is the one by F.E.Church, and you will be able to check out the correct city name without difficulty. Keep playing the game with another photo ..
Muy apologies for my gender confusion, Intrepid. <mea culpa, mea culpa>
Satt... it looks like Italy to me, who's never been. Love (LOVE) that sky. But the animal in the foreground, the one to the left is so tall. it might be (could it be?) a camel?
Satt: It's Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives (1870).
What/where is this?
Geeez, Tico, it is too early in the morning to have such a stumper.

Is it in a country smaller than Bulgaria?
Checking a map ... I'll be back.
Ahhh. Bran Castle "Dracula's Castle" in Romania.
Yes, so-named after Bram Stoker .... a rather famous place.
Your turn Piffka.
Enough with the easy stuff. This is so hard that it might not be fair. I've only been able to find this picture once online, but it is so amazing I thought I'd share. I'll give you some hints. It is the American Headquarters for a World corporation.
I think that must be too hard... I can't even find it with its address, only on a set of completed projects.
