I'd think, you can find in any of them locals as well as tourists, but my guess is James Street.

I don't think so, Tico -- the Knightsbridge Cafe Rouge is the only one I've eaten at, and it's at the end of a block (so there's a street where the bar on the right side of the picture is).

Lippstadt - 62 and Sunnyvale - 61. Temperature doesn't tell the whole story. Wind factor and sun or no sun has much to do with it.
