Tampere is on lot of water, but this seem too much....
On the other hand, something on picture reminds me of lake Inari, but in that case there are too much buildings in my opinion Very Happy

I don't know something reminded me a bit of Tampere...

I doubt it's Helsinki, but you never know...it doesn't look like ski jumping centers like Lahti or Kuoppio, but you never know...

Outside of that, only city that I can thought of at this moment is - Oulu?
