The English Garden, btw, it the largest city park in Europe and larger than New York's Central Park.
The pagoda was built when the garden was created in 1789.
Because of the scene of the water front of the first photo of CJ, I thought it was in a lower part of northern Europe, e.g., the Netherlands, Denmark..
