I cannot make out yet. One remarkable thing in the picture is that there appear to be no identifiable boats..

"Flying Dutchman" was originaly set to a Scotland (not Norway) coast.
Flying Dutchman boat sank by cap of "good hope".
The question was : could this Dutchman came from (or go to) the place we are looking for?
