It's simple. Anybody can see the "source" of the web page. In a source file you can find the link to the image you are to show.
And "redirecting" of a URL takes place very often. By itself redirecting is not very strange. However you should note that any URL that you first click must be a site which is reliable.

Ha, I thought we didn't look at the urls, I was telling Don1 that just today! (I mean, by right clicking and seeing the source above the photo).
What's a source file?
What I meant about do you know what happened re the photo, is why didn't CI see it.. I gather you all did.
He couldn't get other than a red x when I emailed the link to him either.
(I usually transfer the image via an msn site to hide the source, but didn't on this one...)

If you are using Safari on Mac OS X, then click on
Menu bar of Safari > View > View Source
and you will see the source file of this page.
Similar source viewing option can be found in any browsing application.
Actually I couldn't see the image from the hot link on the page. I could know the URL through reading a source file.
(Ordinarily I do not see source files, though.)

Yes, I know the rule. And usualy I do not see the source file as was mentioned above. In the case of the images being not shown, I view the source and find a URL of the image to continue the game.

Yes of course I looked at the URL. Which means I cheated, apparently. In my defense I would vociferously state that I did not know the rules - but now I do. And, further, since there wasn't a picture visible, there wasn't much else to go on.
