Two good 'ole boys who are suggesting that grasses, straw, and hay be scsttered spread on the entire oil slick mess. The hay gets coated with the oil. The grass is then picked back up and can be burned for energy.

So simple and ingenious. So how come the 'experts' aren't thinking like this??
