I have no idea whether what I have is Czechoslovakian crystal. And I have absolutely no idea what the pattern is called. I tried finding it online. Nothing.

I may try bringing a couple of pieces to a showroom (not Sotheby's) and see what they can tell me.

BTW, the crystal is not cut. It appears to be etched. Most of the Czech crystal I've seen as I've wandered the Internet has been cut.

Who knows.

dadpad, Plattsburgh is over 200 miles from NYC.

Thanks all for trying to help.

@Roberta,
Why run around carrying glasses - doesn't matter if they're Czech or French or Italian, just try this first:

@High Seas,
Oh, ho. I may have to look into that. My parents were married in '35. I still have some wonderful crystal glasses, not the wine glasses, some of which broke and the rest I'll keep (as in two), but the champagne glasses. Very fragile. Nothing like I've ever seen in a store or on line or in person since, very very fragile.

Thanks a lot, high seas.

@High Seas,
High Seas, You've been very helpful. I think this link may give me the answer. I'm still going to try to get photographs. Won't have to wait too long.

Thanks.
