Hold it by the base and flick the top rim with your fingernail.

If it rings like a bell, it is probably lead crystal.

if you have the purchase paperwork it'll be stated. if not Google the manufacturer website and model or type of glasses info and you can get online article or vouching for it.

If not, in lieu of finding online info, doing what Lordy suggested might work for me.

Why would wine need glasses? Myopia? Please . . . i just can't see it.
