@ANIMALGIRL,

Did you know about search engine? If you type into a search engine like Google the keywords "meaning of pi" you can get an answer? Or you can go to Wikipedia and in there you can type in keyword 'Pi'.

Click on the following hyperlink:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pi

"The constant is named "π" because "π" is the first letter of the Greek words for periphery and perimeter, probably referring to its use in the formula to find the circumference, or perimeter, of a circle."

3.1415926535897932384626433, which is as far as I know. If you remember "How I want a drink? Alcoholic, of course, after the heavy chapters involving quantum mechanics" and count the letters in each word, you'll get pi to fourteen decimal places. See the useful stuff you can learn on a2k?

@engineer,
You have to move "amore" to the opposite side of the equation so to find out what pi is, you divide "the moon hits your eye" by "amore"

@MontereyJack,
I've got two more digits ("83") after your 25 decimal places: 3.141592653589793238462643383
Now, don't ask me how (or why) I actually memorized 27 decimal places!
