About 3 months ago, the brine tank overflowed. I believe the problem was hardened salt pellets at the bottom of the tank. I broke up the salt and all was ok til about a week ago; another overflow happened. I have always used the same brand (Morton) water softener pellets. Any suggestions?

is there a model of the conditioner associated with this problem, you could try solar salt, it does'nt cake or mush as much.
