one day 3 friends go to a hotel and eat.the bill they got was of rs 75 .the manager discounted 5rs .the waiter took away rs2 and gave rest to them as 1+1+1.so each frnds share was 24.total24+24+24=72.so 72+2rs of waiter =74.
THE BILL WAS OF RS 75 SO WHERE DID 1 RS GO???

This is an old riddle that has been answered many times
It is answered in that you are not adding up the correct numbers.
75- 3 returned = 72 paid total
The bill is 70 (75-5)
They paid 72.
72-70= 2 for the waiter.
